Riley Jennings - Advanced to Sectionals
Riley Jennings, a sophomore at Woodlawn High School, competed in the 2017 golf sectionals in Salem, Illinois. As the only member from WHS to advance to sectionals, Riley's final score for the first half was 55, and the second half was 45 for a total of 100 strokes. Riley's personal best was a 37 on a nine hole course. Although Riley played well, the cut to state was 81, and only the top ten can advance. The IHSA Golf State Finals are held in Bloomington, Illinois, on Friday, October 13th and Saturday, October 14th.
