WHS - New Student Luncheon
Woodlawn High School recently held a "New Student Luncheon" to welcome all of the new students that arrived on campus this fall. The event was organized by Mrs. Sara Wiggins, Social Worker, and Mrs. Leslie Witzel, Guidance Counselor, as a way to help students transition - academically and socially. Lunch was provided, games were played, and the students even received new swag, including a new WHS t-shirt! The students were very appreciative of the event and said it made them aware of the other new students in school. WHS has 12 new students this year.
