The Woodlawn High School Overseas Trip, organized by Mrs. Scott, is hosting a gun raffle to raise money for their Summer 2021 trip. For a $3 raffle ticket, you could become the owner of a Ruger 10/22. Raffle drawing will be held on March 25 at 5:00 p.m. (Winning name must have a valid FOID card and will pick up the gun at Rend Lake Sporting Goods.) Illinois Hammer Scholarship | Must plan to attend an accredited university within 12 months of applying for the scholarship or already be enrolled in an accredited university. Scholarship will be released directly to the school once proof of enrollment is received to our office. Winner must sign a media release and be available for interview. This is a needs-based scholarship, winner must provide tax records indicating parent(s) or guardian make less than $50k a year if they are selected. Must be a current resident in Illinois. Please only apply once per application period. This scholarship is not limited to pre-law candidates; it is a scholarship intended for any area of study. | June 30, 2021 |
