|Community First Bank of the Heartland Scholarship||Applicants must be graduating from a Jefferson County High School in 2021 with a GPA of at least a 3.25 on a 4.0 scale. Additional criteria include community involvement, participation in school organizations and/or activities, a personal essay, and completed character assessments from references of the student’s choosing.||March 31, 2021|
|SSM Healthcare Scholarship||$750 scholarship awarded to a senior planning to enter the field of healthcare.||March 31, 2021|
N. G. Cowen Scholarship:
|The N. G. Cowen Scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to young adults from small towns in Southern Illinois who are pursuing a training in the vocational or technical fields.||March 31, 2021|
|Shelter Insurance Scholarship||Three $2,000 scholarships will be awarded to local seniors pursuing a college education.||

Are you planning to become a teacher? Are you going to attend a school in Illinois? If so, this scholarship is for you! The Golden Apple Scholarship is worth up to $23,000! |Illinois Hammer Scholarship||Must plan to attend an accredited university within 12 months of applying for the scholarship or already be enrolled in an accredited university. Scholarship will be released directly to the school once proof of enrollment is received to our office. Winner must sign a media release and be available for interview. This is a needs-based scholarship, winner must provide tax records indicating parent(s) or guardian make less than $50k a year if they are selected. Must be a current resident in Illinois. Please only apply once per application period. This scholarship is not limited to pre-law candidates; it is a scholarship intended for any area of study.||June 30, 2021|
