WHS Registration is mandatory for all students and will be held online for all grade levels including incoming feeder school freshman students.  Only families that require an affidavit of residency or need to use a computer must register in-person. Please read carefully through the registration information detailed below.

Online Registration 

  • Online Registration will open on July 1, 2024, for incoming feeder school 9th graders and returning 10th -12th grade students that do not require an affidavit of residency.

  • Returning WHS families will use their WHS TeacherEase login and password credentials to complete the online registration. For issues related to TeacherEase login credentials, contact WHS via email:

  • Feeder School freshman family’s TeacherEase login and password information will be mailed to the address on file by mid-June. If families have current upperclassmen, they may use that login information to register their incoming freshman online.

In-person Registration – Required for Affidavit of Residency (Must Be Notarized)

  • Only families that require an affidavit of residency (Must be Notarized) or need to use a computer must register on the WHS campus in Room #117 on the following date:

    • Tuesday, July 23rd: 1:00 – 6:00 pm

Requirements For Incoming Freshman Students

  • CERTIFIED state issued Birth Certificate (issued from the County of the child’s birth)

  • Social Security Number

Health Requirements

Incoming 9th Graders (Freshman): 

  • State of Illinois Physical (Sports physicals do NOT count for this requirement)

  • Immunization Record (Complete and up to date)

  • Dental Examination Record

New Students: 

  • Illinois Eye Exam or Eye Exam Waiver

  • State of Illinois Physical (Sports physicals do NOT count for this requirement)

All 12th Graders (Seniors):

  • 2nd of the Meningitis Vaccine (MCV)

WHS Student Fees

All fees may be paid either online through TeacherEase, or in the Main Office at WHS.

Note: Only Cash, Check, or Money Order are acceptable forms of payment in the Main Office at WHS.

  • Registration Fee: $50.00 ( $40.00 for 2nd child in the district)

  • Athletic Participation: $25.00/sport

  • Driver’s Ed Fees: $20.00 (Illinois Secretary of the State’s Office, $50.00 for behind the wheel instruction

  • Chromebook Fee: $25.00

  • Parking Passes: $20.00/year, $10.00 for 2nd semester only

  • Lunch: $2.50/day

  • Dual Credit Classes: $10.00/class

  • AVC Classes: $50.00

Federal Income Eligibility Forms:  Free and reduced lunch forms for the 2024-2025 school year will be available online and in the main office at WHS after July 1, 2024.

Food Service Fees: Payable online through TeacherEase or through the main office at WHS. (Checks and cash only)
