There will be a noon dismissal tomorrow, Friday. There will not be an after-school YMCA program. That is different from the movie that dismisses at 2:30.

Tomorrow, Thurday, is the last day to turn in movie money and permission slips. It is also the last day to purchase Valentine's Day Candy Grams for 50 cents each.

Woodlawn schools will resume normal bus routes on Tuesday, however they may need to skip some roads they normally take causing them to possibly run a touch later than normal. Both schools will resume normal procedures regarding opening the doors and the after school program.

Snow routes will continue for after school drop off today, Friday January 17. Free after school care will still be offered at WGS until 5:30pm.

Thank you for your patience with us today. The special routes went very well thanks to your flexibility. While the roads have melted nicely in spots today, there are still many slush covered side roads that will refreeze before the morning routes. As a result we will need to run snow routes again Friday morning. In town routes are able to run, however. Free after school care will be offered until 5:30 again on Friday. If we are able to return to normal routes to take kids home in the afternoon, we will announce it by noon. If your children normally ride a bus and you are unable to meet your bus or bring your children to school, please contact your driver or email ehelbig@woodlawnschools.org
