Balfour's Senior orders that have a balance due are posted on the office door. Checks are to be made out to Balfour.

Mrs. Hodge will be offering after-school tutoring today and Thursday this week.

The Scholar Bowl teams competed at Clay City yesterday. The JV team beat Clay City 180-90, improving their record to 6-2. The varsity team beat Waltonville 90-30, then beat Clay City 120-65. Madison Moser scored 20 points, Rachel Beckham scored 50 points, Jon Hefner scored 40 points, and John Lee Goc-Ong, Megan Eckelberry and Joel Hayse each added 10 points, Their record has improved to    6-5. The next match is Monday at Wayne City. 

December 13th girls home game, all fans and students are encouraged to wear their cutest or ugliest Christmas attire. 

December 14th boys, home game,  all fans are encouraged to wear their most festive Christmas sweater. 

Art Club will have a Christmas party tomorrow during lunch. Please remember to sign up to bring a food item. The sign-up sheet is on Mrs. Montgomery's door.

Mrs. Montgomery's freshmen advisors group will have a Christmas party this Fri during study hall. Remember to bring your own drink.

Booster Club is selling Holiday Cash---$20 a ticket for your chances to win $200, $300 and $1000...you have a chance to win all 3 times!!! First drawing is December 13th!! You do not need to be present to win!  All WHS athletes are selling tickets!!!

There will be a brief student council meeting today at the beginning of study hall.  All stuco members should go directly to the cafeteria at the beginning of study hall.

FCA is meeting today at lunch in the library - all students are welcome to attend!

Tomorrow is Ornament Day!  Dress up as an ornament or hang a few off your clothes.  Make sure you don't use any ornaments that are breakable.and be safe!

Ms. Rapp's Freshman Advisors group will hold their Christmas party on Friday, during study hall.  Please bring your exchange gift and food items to Ms. Rapp's room Friday morning.

Next Monday, Rachel Hunsell (a graduate of Woodlawn High School) will be here during Study Hall to discuss her career working with families of fallen soldiers.  Rachel, herself, is the sister of Kyle Price (also a WHS graduate) who was killed in Iraq in 2006.  If you would like to hear more about her career, sign up outside Mrs. Witzel's room.

Honors Program Members....don't forget to turn in your $10 to Mrs. Witzel before tonight's event.  The bus leaves at 4:30.  Don't forget money for dinner.  We will be eating at Olive Garden.

Yesterday, the Scholar Bowl teams competed at Odin. The JV team lost to Wayne City 155-145, then beat Odin 175-85, bringing their record to 5-2. The varsity team lost to Wayne City 170-20, then lost to Odin 65-55. Jon Hefner scored 20 points and Megan Eckelberry added 30 points. Varsity record is now 4-5. The next match is today at Clay City.

Tomorrow is Christmas Color Day!  Wear your favorite Christmas color from head to toe!
