Scholarships - For Seniors

Listed below are scholarship opportunities available to high school seniors.  For more information, see Mrs. Witzel.

Burger King 2.5 GPA and passionate about serving the community 12/15/19
Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship Program Senior planning to study computer science or computer engineering; 3.0/4.0 GPA 1/17/20
America's Farmers

If you are pursuing a career in Agriculture, you may qualify for the Grow America Agricultural Scholarship.  Use the link below to access the qualifications and application form.  You will need two farmers to sponsor your application.  Mrs. Sandra Kabat (principal at WGS) has offered to sponsor anyone applying for this scholarship.

Illinois Principals Association (Egyptian Region) Pursuing teaching as a profession 1/24/20
IACAC Scholarship Woodlawn High School is an IACAC member, so all WHS students qualify. 1/31/20
KPMG Scholarship Female high school seniors 1/31/20
ISCA Scholarship High School Students; Essay Required 2/7/20
Kaskaskia College Foundation Scholarships Students planning to attend KC 2/17/20

Peoples National Bank Scholarship Students with a B average; parents/students must be a PNB customer. 3/2/20

CBAI Foundation Scholarship

High school seniors sponsored by a CBAI bank; essay about community banking required 3/4/20
Parnall Law Firm Scholarship Open to all students; students must create a “Distracted Driving Family Plan” within which you address the safety of your family by proactively committing to a plan that avoids the occurrence(s) of distracted driving by you and the members of your family. 3/17/20
H.B. Reynolds Scholarship Resident of Jefferson County 3/20/20
Legence Bank Scholarship Several scholarships; various requirements. 3/27/20
