Sorry for the late notice, but after monitoring the weather WGS and WGS golf practice for today, June 25, is canceled due to probable incoming storms. We will not practice next week due to the July 4th holiday week, but will return on Thursday, July 9.

WGS has announced summer baseball workouts and tryout dates for boys entering 5th-8th grades for the 2026 season. Optional open fields will be held at Chapman on 7/13 and 7/16 from 8:30-10:30am. Tryouts will be held at Chapman on Monday 7/20 from 8:30-10:30am.

For those that make the team, practices will be at Chapman and will begin the week of July 20. Coach Woodrome will send out more information to the team following tryouts.

This is a reminder that Woodlawn Grade School and Woodlawn High School will dismiss at 2:10 on Monday May 18. The schools will also dismiss at Noon on Tuesday May 19,

WGS After School YMCA Program - The last day for the after school program will be this Friday, May 15th.

8th graders will need to be at WGS by 7:45 tomorrow for the Holiday World trip. If you have extra tickets to pick up, Mrs. Bennet will have them for youi then.

WGS graduation will start at 7pm tonight. Doors open at 6:30.

Today's WHS Championship softball game at Waltonville has been bumped up to a 4:15 start.

this is just a reminder that Woodlawn Grade School and Woodlawn High School will dismiss at 2:10 on Thursday May 7.

Today's Woodlawn High School baseball and softball games will both be played at Webber due to wet field conditions at Waltonville. Woodlawn will play the 2nd semifinal game which will begin upon the conclusion of the 1st semifinal games, which are tentatively scheduled to begin at 4:00.

The regular May meeting of the Board of Education will be held on Tuesday May 19 at 6pm at WHS instead of the normal Thursday date.

Today's Woodlawn High School baseball and softball games have been cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow. Baseball will play at Webber vs Wayne City at 4:30. Softball will play at Waltonville vs OPS at 3:30.

Final Call - EKG/Heart Screening on May 4th 2026 at 8am - 2:45pm at the Grade School. Students 10-25 years of age can participate.
