Scholarship Criteria Deadline
American Legion Oratorical Contest High school seniors compete in a oratorical (speech) contest about American citizenship.  See link for competition details and this year's specific topic.   January 9, 2021

Illinois School Counselor Scholarship Students who will be completing high school in 2021 are eligible for this non-renewable $1,000 scholarship. January 31, 2021
IAA Foundation Scholarship As the charitable arm of the Illinois Farm Bureau, our Mission is to fund education, research, and charitable activities that benefit Illinois farm families and agriculture. We proudly offer scholarship opportunities for students pursuing degrees related to agriculture, and those with family farming backgrounds.  February 15, 2021
Township Officials of Illinois Scholarship They are awarding seven $2,000 scholarships to Illinois High School Seniors who are attending Illinois Colleges and Universities next school year.  March 1, 2021

  1. Recipient must demonstrate moderate to significant financial need.
  2. Recipient should be a student who plans to further his or her education at a vocational school, junior college or a four year college/university.
  3. The student must be a graduating senior.
  4. Recipient must have a “B” average.
  5. Recipient must be accepted as a full time student into a vocational school, junior college or a four year college/university.
  6. Recipient planning to major in business or finance is preferred, but not required.

Golden Apple

Are you planning to become a teacher?  Are you going to attend a school in Illinois?  If so, this scholarship is for you! Illinois Hammer Scholarship Must plan to attend an accredited university within 12 months of applying for the scholarship or already be enrolled in an accredited university. Scholarship will be released directly to the school once proof of enrollment is received to our office. Winner must sign a media release and be available for interview. This is a needs-based scholarship, winner must provide tax records indicating parent(s) or guardian make less than $50k a year if they are selected. Must be a current resident in Illinois. Please only apply once per application period. This scholarship is not limited to pre-law candidates; it is a scholarship intended for any area of study. June 30, 2021
